The Reidsville Family YMCA Wellness Center is complete with over 20 Cardiovascular machines, 30 combine pieces of Life Fitness, Cybex and Nautilus weight training machines, and free weight area. We have something for all levels, from the beginners to the power lifter.
The Energy Factory
The Reidsville Family YMCA is pleased to bring you a Youth Wellness Center. To help develop good health habits early in life. The Energy Factory will have Dance Dance Revolution(DDR) cardio machines and youth Rock Climbing Wall. Look for up coming additions to the Energy Factory.
Reidsville YMCA / Community Pool
Our pool is 6 lanes wide and 25 yards long. We offer open swim times, Family swim times and at least 1 lap lane is open at all times for lap swimming.

Locker Room
At The Reidsville YMCA we have locker rooms for our adult members and our youth members. Our adult locker rooms are for parents with children for new born to age 5. Children age 6- 17 must us our youth locker rooms. Our adult locker rooms both have sauna and share a steam room.
